This is an RSX-11M-PLUS V4.6 distribution kit image for AZ11 controller.
AZ firmware v1.07 or newer is required for RSX-11M-PLUS.
AZ firmware v2.00 or newer is required for 32 device units to be supported.
The following changes are made to the RSX-11M-PLUS V4.6 distribution kit:
 - Added DA device I/O driver for AZ11 disk controller
 - Added DA device crash driver for AZ11 disk controller
 - Added DH device I/O driver for HD11 (DVK emulator) disk controller
 - Added DH device crash driver for HD11 (DVK emulator) disk controller
 - Updates for BP2, C81, DTR, F77, FOR, PAS are added to the kit
 - HELP: fixed some errors and typos
 - SYSGEN: fixed generation of systems without D-space support
 - SYSGEN: added support for DA device
 - SYSGEN: added support for DH device
 - ACF: added support for AZ11 disk controller
 - ACF: added support for HD11 (DVK emulator) disk controller
 - ACF: added support for 1801VM3 CPU (detected as 11/23-PLUS)
 - ACO: added support for AZ11 disk controller
 - ACO: added support for HD11 (DVK emulator) controller
 - ACO: fixed device table size (to be in sync with ACF)
 - BOO: added support for booting the system from DA:
 - BOO: added support for booting the system from DH:
 - BOO: CPU is initialized before starting of the system being booted with /HW switch
